Executive Committee and Secretariat
In September 2011, the Executive Committee of the Section consists of:

- Eeva Teräsalmi, Finland, Secretary (since 2007)
- Samira Shammas Goussous, Jordan, ExCo member (2010-2014)
- Karin Graf, Germany, ExCo member (2010-2014)
- Eugene M. Lutz, USA, ExCo member (2010-2014)
- Warren Meek, Canada, ExCo member (2010-2014)
- Martin Astbury, ExCo member (2011-2015)
- Paul Sinclair, Australia, ExCo member (2010-2014)
- Martine Chauvé, France, Immediate Past President (2010-2012)
All officers are elected for four years and may be re-elected for one further term of four years. The President serves for four years and cannot be re-elected. He/she will, however, remain in office as Immediate Past President for two years.
The Committee elects amongst its members a Vice-President and a Secretary for a two year mandate renewable once.
