Social and Administrative Pharmacy Section

This section consists of members from a wide variety of backgrounds who share an interest in social and administrative pharmacy. Some members work with government departments of health, pharmaceutical companies, professional societies, chain pharmacies, wholesalers or with private healthcare providers such as HMOs. Others work as researchers in social pharmacy, academic administrators or as consultants in various fields of health care. Their uniting interest is the organization of pharmacy practice and the provision of evidence for decision making in all areas related to pharmacy policy and advocacy.
